We are looking for you to join our team at our store in Roosendaal as a Assistant store manager - Roosendaal NL (f/m/d) as soon as possible.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the store team.
- Competent consulting and support for national and international customers in the store.
- Implementation of visual merchandising in the store.
- Handling merchandise management and cash register systems.
- Efficient and effective management of all store processes (materials management, goods receipt/inspection, storage, etc.).
What you bring:
- Strong customer orientation and a service-minded attitude
- Several years of professional experience in retail (preferably in textiles, outdoor, or sports sectors)
- Goal-oriented and confident in decision-making
- Proficient in using standard communication tools (MS Office, Internet)
- Knowledge of foreign languages, especially English, would be a great asset
- You are an outdoor enthusiast by conviction and, as an open and communicative personality, you can authentically convey the lifestyle behind our brand
